Battle Over Election Fraud, Defense Policy Escalates

With deadlines approaching for the certification by states of the results of the November 3 presidential election, lawyers representing Donald Trump are preparing a case to show that the entire election was determined by the use of computerized systems which have been rejected by many nations—including Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, the U.K., and the state of Texas—as "fraud prone."  Attorney Sidney Powell identified the targets of the investigation as computer and software companies, such as Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic and Scytl, which are responsible for compiling the votes, companies with connections to anti-Trump intelligence community operatives, and to Joe Biden.

Powell claims she has documented evidence that Trump “won the election, not by thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by the Smartmatic software, which was designed explicitly for that purpose…. We have sworn testimony from a whistleblower,” she said, who “saw it used in other countries” and in the U.S.  She added that not only did the Dominion voting machines, which are under investigation for irregularities in counting in Michigan and Georgia, use Smartmatic software, but so also did other voting machine companies employed in the U.S. election.

The manipulation can come, she said, through a thumb drive inserted in the machine, “or uploading software over the internet, from Germany or Venezuela even—they can watch votes in real time, shift votes in real time…."  In previous elections, Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar raised objections to the use of Smartmatic software—though they are silent at present, as the results from these systems favor their candidate, Biden.

This explosive charge comes as the media continue to assert that charges by the Trump team of fraud are "baseless", and suits filed in numerous states have been thrown out by judges, despite significant evidence of fraud presented.  The evidence includes standard fraud practices which are typical of urban Democratic Party machines, but generally overlooked, even accepted.  But Powell's approach raises a larger, more profound question: are methods of vote rigging, developed by cyber warfare agencies of the U.S. government, and used by the CIA to target "hostile" foreign governments by altering the vote count, being used domestically, to rig the vote in the United States?

She cited the specific case of Smartmatic, whose president, Admiral Peter Neffenger, has been appointed to Biden's transition team.  Neffenger is active in the Atlantic Council, a think tank which has been sharply critical of Trump, and whose leaders were involved in promoting the Russiagate fraud against Trump, and organized against Trump's efforts to improve U.S. relations with Russia.

The chairman of Smartmatic is an even more problematic figure, Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, who serves on the Global Board of George Soros' Open Society.  Soros contributed heavily to promote the fabricated charges against Trump of Russiagate, and has funded many of the organizations which were involved in support of Biden's campaign, including Black Lives Matter.  Malloch-Brown also serves as a member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Global Governance, which is promoting the Green agenda which Trump has repeatedly denounced.  He was identified by former U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power as the "principal conduit between Britain and Barack Obama", when the latter was a candidate for President, with Biden as his Vice Presidential nominee.  Malloch-Brown has been engaged in regime change operations going back to the role he played in rigging the 1986 election in the Philippines against Ferdinand Marcos, for which he has claimed credit.  The current Philippine President, Rodrigo Duterte, is among those who have warned against the use of Smartmatic voting machines.

Powell insists that when she presents the full case, it will "show the public exactly how rotten" the system has become.  She is expected to file a fully-documented case by the end of November.  Powell developed an expertise in dealing with corrupt intelligence operations through the work she did to expose the fraud perpetrated by the FBI in its set-up of Trump's National Security adviser, Gen. Michael Flynn, whose guilty plea, which was coerced by Robert Mueller's attack dogs, was reversed by a ruling from the Department of Justice, citing the evidence of illegal actions of the FBI Powell's investigation revealed.

CYBER OPS FUNDED BY WALL STREET

On November 18, President Trump fired Christopher Krebs, who managed the cyber security agency within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  Committees within DHS, which had been established by Krebs in 2018, issued a statement claiming that the election was "the most secure in American history," and that there is "no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised....we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections."

But a review of the "cyber security" apparatus set up by Krebs, including the "Election Infrastructure Coordinating Executive Committee" (SCC) shows that it consists of an alliance between the same Silicon Valley tech firms and Wall Street financial institutions that backed and funded the Biden campaign.  The main committee organized by Krebs includes thirty firms tasked with "developing, deploying, protecting and defending our nation's critical voting infrastructure."  An article published by Bloomberg news on November 3, 2018, "Private Equity Controls the Gatekeepers of American Democracy" reported that Kreb's team consisted of "three obscure, private equity-backed companies [which] control an estimated $300 million U.S. voting-machine industry...they play an indispensable role in determining the balance of power in America."  It adds that "the companies largely function in secret", and worked primarily for the banking industry.

The SCC's five member executive committee included Smartmatic's Global Services Director, Edwin Smith, and Dominion Voting Systems' Vice President of Government Affairs, Kay Stimson.  Not surprisingly, the SCC found "no evidence" of fraud.  In reporting on the charges of fraud by the Trump team, not one mainstream journalist commented on the obvious conflict of interest in having officials from the companies which ran the voting and counting apparatus be the ones who proclaimed the process secure and untainted—instead, they repeat that the charges of fraud are "baseless" and "without evidence."

TRUMP SHAKES UP THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE

The unresolved status of the election has left the nation in a state of suspended animation, with Biden going through the motions of pulling together a Transition Team, run by war hawks and neoliberals who worked with him in the Obama administration, while Trump continues to fulfill his duties as the President.  On November 9, less than one week after the election, Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper, and brought in Christopher Miller as acting secretary.  The move was not unexpected, as Esper had been in Trump's dog-house since he publicly disagreed with the President over his right to invoke the Insurrection Act, to use military troops to deal with domestic riots and violent hooliganism in urban centers.  But the howls of protest over Esper's firing from the media, military and intelligence networks, and from pro-war forces making up the majority of members from both parties in the Congress, were not about the Insurrection Act, which Trump did not invoke, but because it demonstrated that he intends to fulfiull his promise to put an end to the nation's "endless wars" and its role as the "world's policeman."

Toward this end, Trump's National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien recently stated that there will be a phased withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, beginning by the end of 2020.  When Gen. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff tried to downplay this, dismissing O'Brien's comments as "speculation," O'Brien shot back, saying "When I'm speaking, I'm speaking for the President."  After this exchange, a classified memo from Esper was leaked, warning against additional cuts in U.S. troops there, arguing that the conditions on the ground are not yet right for a troop reduction or withdrawal.  This memo confirms the deeply entrenched resistance from the networks of the "Military Industrial Complex" (MIC) to the President's intention.

The reactions to Esper's firing from the anti-Trump war hawks ranged from hysterical to near psychotic  Former CIA Director John Brennan fumed that he is so concerned that he called on Vice President Pence and the cabinet to remove him under the 25th amendment.  Brennan said Trump brought in new people to "do his bidding"—yet isn't that precisely what the president's appointees are supposed to do?  Brennan expressed his real fear when he warned that Trump is "going to lash out", by which he means he is worried that he will follow through with his intent for the "whole declassification of intelligence in order to further his own political interests."  Clearly, this is alarming to Brennan, as it is certain that among documents presently classified and hidden—including by his former subordinate, current CIA chief Gina Haspel—are many implicating him in criminal acts, from support for CIA torture and war crimes in ordering drone strikes on civilians, with Obama, as well as exposing his role in fabricating the story of Russian meddling to get rid of Trump.

A bit more psychotic was the statement issued by the top legal hitman who worked with Robert Mueller on Russiagate, Andrew Weissman, who claimed that Trump's personnel moves at the DOD are preparation for a military coup, in case his vote fraud cases fail to certify his re-election!

Among Miller's first acts as Acting Secretary was to draft a memo to Department of Defense (DOD) personnel, following his announcement that U.S. forces in Afghanistan and Iraq will be reduced to 2,500 troops.  In it, he stated, "We are not a people of perpetual war—it is the antithesis of everything for which we stand and for which our ancestors fought.  All wars must end."

As for Brennan's fear that Trump will expose the crimes he and his allies from Obama's intelligence team committed, Trump has reiterated his desire for full public declassification of Russiagate and related documents, as these would show that the fraudulent narrative was concocted to prevent him for developing a more collaborative relationship with Russia's President Putin.  Trump wanted improved relations with Putin to work together with him to resolve some of the dangerous hot spots which had been heated up by Brennan and his allies through their geopolitical manipulations.  What Brennan and others are really demonstrating is their fear that, if Trump's re-election is certified, through a reversal of the vote fraud carried out by his enemies, he will use a second term to clean out members of the permanent bureaucracy, with their loyalty to the MIC, ending the corrupt relationship between those souless killers like John Brennan, and their paymasters running the globalist corporate cartels.

LaRouchePAC has proposed that one flank available to the President is to pardon Edward Snowden and Julian Assange, and offer them safe transportation to the U.S., and protection upon their arrival, so they may tell the true story of how the surveillance state was set up, its role in spying on, profiling and manipulating Americans, and the role of Brennan and his cohorts in fabricating the Russiagate story, for the purpose of removing Trump from office.  Such full disclosure would also have a profound impact in demonstrating how that same apparatus was deployed to commit massive vote fraud, in the final act of the regime change coup against the President.
